We offer a number of workshops which cater for various stages of team development. These include:

  • Team Planning - Setting team priorities and agreeing individual roles and responsibilities.
  • Interpersonal Relationships - Understanding each person’s workstyle and the different strengths each person brings to the team. Includes how to get the best out of team members with a different approach to your own.
  • Team Values and Behavioural Expectations - Developing and agreeing what it means to be part of the team, and how to work in line with team and organisational values.
  • Team Celebrations - Good fun action activities that allow teams to celebrate, blow off steam, and get to know each other outside of the office.

We use a number of profile tools which cater for various stages of team development. These include:

  • Team Management Profile - This tool uses the Team Management Index to produce the TMP and measures an individual’s work preferences. It provides valuable feedback in the key management areas of leadership, decision-making, team building, interpersonal skills, organisation and information management. The profile highlights an individual’s strong points, as well as indicating areas where there is room for improvement.

    The profiles are scientifically based upon a sound structure, put forward originally by Carl Jung, the Swiss philosopher and psychologist, and adapted to apply to management and work situations

  • Leadership Behaviours Profile - This powerful 360° feedback product measures eight factors of effective leadership. Your clients will be able to spotlight their leadership strengths and weaknesses and receive development advice.

  • Team Member 360 Profile - Using the LBP model, and style of profile report, this 360° product removes the assumption that the individual receiving the feedback has direct report staff. How to lead through influence becomes the main benefit realized from the feedback.
     
  • Linking Skills Profile - This profile measures linking skills satisfaction from a 360° perspective. There are people, task, and leadership linking skills, which can be measured in a single profile or as three separate profiles.
     
  • Star Performing Team Profile - The Star Performing Team Profile 360° feedback instrument measures tem factors of team performance from both an internal and external perspective. The output enables your client to develop clear business action plans.
     
  • Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient - The Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO2™) determines the ‘balance’ of effort people put into seeing the opportunities and obstacles at work. It is this degree of balance within individuals, teams and organisations that influences issues such as conflict resolution, resource access, work allocation, team performance and organisational vision.
     
  • Window on Work Values Profile - The Window on Work Values Profile is a tool for identifying the workplace values that individuals hold dear. These profiles indicate which of eight value types are fundamental drivers. Teams can use these insights to form a common set of values or ground rules.

  • Organisational Values Profile - The Organisational Values Profile is a tool for identifying the workplace values that individuals hold dear. These profiles indicate which of eight value types are fundamental drivers. Organisations can use these insights to form a common set of values or ground rules.
